We are looking for a highly skilled Childcare Specialist to join our team at the Southampton IKEA Creche.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Preschool Practitioner to contribute to the delivery of our early years curriculum and support the overall well-being of our children.

The salary for this position is £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements
