Executive Director of Sales and Engineering

Jonathan Lee Search and Selection is delighted to be exclusively retained on a UK General Manager appointment within the agricultural machinery and engineering industry.
The company is a global market leader in industrial machinery, supplying the poultry sector with machinery and technology solutions and has been established for over 70 years.
The role will include all general management of a sales and maintenance engineering office based in Telford, UK, of a global manufacturing and technology business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the standard of work from employees
- Train employees
- Maintain relationships with key clients
- Translate global growth strategy to the local team
- Ensure quality of work or service is maintained
Requirements:
- Management experience, ideally running a national sales office of an industrial manufacturer that supplies capital goods to the agriculture/farming industry or associated sectors
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- 5+ Years of General Management experience within an industrial machinery supplier
Compensation Package:
£100,000 per year, plus a bonus, car, and private medical care
