Spiritual Care Professional

We are seeking a Spiritual Care Professional to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide spiritual and pastoral care to patients, their families, carers, and staff. This includes assessing spiritual needs, offering religious support where required, and referring to other services when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visit inpatient units and community service users to provide spiritual support
  • Support staff wellbeing and provide spiritual support where needed
  • Establish good working relationships with clinical and other staff

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to suit your schedule. The base for this role will be the Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford, with some travel required across the trust.
