We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Associate to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Support Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. Your responsibilities will include monitoring care delivery, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing companionship to ensure residents enjoy a fulfilling experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in care and a deep understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is preferred, along with a solid grasp of the wider healthcare industry. Ideally, you'll also hold a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
