Disability Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Professional to join our team in East Somerset. As a key member of our CWD team, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with disabilities, ensuring they receive the best possible care and services.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations- To provide direct support to children and young people with disabilities, helping them to access education, leisure activities, and other opportunities.
- To collaborate with families, professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- To contribute to regular team meetings, service sessions, and virtual check-ins to share knowledge, best practices, and progress updates.
- A salary range of £30,000-£42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
