Warehouse Construction Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Consultant to join our Warehouse Construction Team in the London Office.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various stages of construction projects, including repairs, upgrades, reconfigurations, and modernisations of our existing warehouses.
You will monitor project progress, control budgets, and ensure compliance with corporate specifications and highest health and safety standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new business partners, overseeing tender processes, and obtaining and processing project and budget updates from colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of all stages of construction projects
- Monitoring project progress and controlling budgets

Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering or Construction
- Proven experience in a Construction/Engineering related role
- Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel across the country
- RICS, CIOB, or MAPM accreditation (or working towards) is desirable
- Professional and refined negotiator with sound commercial acumen and judgment
- Highly organised with a pragmatic and analytical approach
- Strong multi-tasker with ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Excellent communicator who can communicate confidently with people at all levels
- Team player who can perform tasks independently using own initiative
