Teaching Assistant Opportunity for Drama Graduates

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field and experience working with primary or early years students. As a drama graduate teaching assistant, you will support the delivery of drama sessions to students and collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver drama lessons. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and build a career in drama education. The estimated salary for this role is £15,000 - £20,000 per annum, approximately £150-£200 per day.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of drama sessions to primary and early years students
  • Develop and deliver drama lessons that meet the needs of students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
  • Help create and organise drama activities, including rehearsals and performances
  • Guide students in exploring different dramatic techniques and concepts


Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field
  • Experience working with primary or early years students
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of drama techniques and concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
