Automation Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to lead our team at Aviva. The successful candidate will have expertise in automation using standard tooling to accelerate development and delivery.

The role involves managing a team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.

We are looking for someone with good expertise in data on cloud (AWS preferable) and experience around CI/CD & modern DEVOPS platforms like ADO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
  • Ensure that all automation solutions meet the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary circa £65,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
