Job Title: Cyber Risk Transformation Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Naval, Maritime, or Military environments to join our team at identifi Global Resources. As a Cyber Risk Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in enhancing their cyber risk mitigation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver discrete projects to mitigate cyber risks, ensuring coherence and focused outputs.
  • Support cybersecurity audits and interpret data from culture surveys, communicating key messages to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the Cyber Risk Kanban, determining task priorities, ownership, and efficient plan management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cyber risk mitigation approaches with client objectives, adapting to evolving needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to cybersecurity, integrating relevant insights into mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • A background in Defence Cyber Security project management.
  • Experience supporting as a project manager specialists to teams deliver Cyber risk transformation and mitigation programmes.
  • Proficiency in project risk management tools or software is essential.
  • Experience with Kanban, Waterfall and Agile.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A degree in Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as APMG Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, APMQ, PRINCE2, or similar.
