Job Summary:

Identifi Global Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Cyber Risk Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering discrete projects, providing strategic guidance, and fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver risk mitigations from federated teams through discrete projects, ensuring coherence and focused outputs.
  • Support cybersecurity audits and interpret data from culture surveys, communicating key messages to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the Cyber Risk Kanban, determining task priorities, ownership, and efficient plan management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cyber risk mitigation approaches with client objectives, adapting to evolving needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to cybersecurity, integrating relevant insights into mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Background in Defence Cyber Security project management.
  • Experience supporting as a project manager specialists to teams deliver Cyber risk transformation and mitigation programmes.
  • Proficiency in project risk management tools or software is essential.
  • Experience with Kanban, Waterfall and Agile.
  • A degree in Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as APMG Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, APMQ, PRINCE2, or similar are desirable.
