EHS Specialist

At Etex, we're committed to creating a safe and sustainable work environment. As an Environmental Health and Safety Officer, you'll play a critical role in establishing and improving health, safety, and environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS processes to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Ensure site compliance with UK laws, business best practices, and site permit requirements.
- Facilitate EHS training and initiatives to promote a zero-harm culture.
- Lead site improvement projects to identify and address EHS risks.
- Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 auditing and non-conformance closure.
Requirements:
- Experience in a safety role, preferably in manufacturing.
- NEBOSH General Certification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
