Job Overview:

The University Residences Team Leader is a vital position that plays a significant role in shaping the student experience at Cardiff University.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of university residences, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to students. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance the student experience, collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key responsibilities include budget management, staff supervision, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong background in residential management or a related field is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
