IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our global client's team. As a key member of the IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for our IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve IT-related issues and improve overall system performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the delivery of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments.
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board and ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved.
- Provide training and communication to employees on IT systems and best practices.
- Ensure that all IT systems and infrastructure are secure and compliant with corporate policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Current experience in an IT Help Desk team.
- Hands-on experience with O365 administration and corporate network management.
- Experience managing critical system outages and improving IT policies.
- Knowledge of Windows PC, laptop, and server environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and Cisco networking principles.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- IT-related qualification required.
