Job Title: Deputy Home Manager/Clinical Lead

Our client, a reputable care provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager/Clinical Lead to join their team at a 40-bed nursing home in Peterlee. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the clinical management of the home and will lead a team of Nurses and Care Assistants to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • RGN Qualified & NMC Registered
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent clinical track record and passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and commitment to excellence
