Deputy Home Manager/Clinical Lead

Our client, a leading provider of nursing care, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join their team at a 40-bed nursing home in the North East of England. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the clinical management of the home and for leading a team of Nurses and Care Assistants to deliver exceptional standards of care.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and to promote a culture of excellence within the home. You will be passionate about patient safety, clinical excellence, and person-centred care, and will be a positive role model for your team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Nurses and Care Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care

Requirements:

  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Effective leadership & people management skills
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
