Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative - Cables and Accessories to join our team as an Internal Account Manager – Electrical Accessories. This role will involve selling a range of cables and accessories, managing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:
- Internal Account Manager role selling a range of cables & accessories
- Selling into a wide range of industries including rail, construction, infrastructure, aerospace, retail, oil & gas etc.
- Assisting the field based BDM working within the midlands region
- Manage existing accounts won by the BDM and ensure customer satisfaction
- Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email
- Liaise internally & externally to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders
- Produce quotes for smaller orders and follow up where appropriate
Requirements:
- Must have office experience, ideally within an account manager position however the role would also suit: sales administrator, customer service, internal sales, telesales etc.
- Ideally experience working for or selling into the electrical or construction industries
- Must be confident on the phone and happy talking with all levels of stakeholders
- Experience selling a service such as: insurance, software or tech would be beneficial
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Able to work autonomously & as part of a team
Benefits:
