Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team in Bristol. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a range of medium to corporate clients for commercial risks, working in a team and supported by an account director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and retention
  • Collaborate with the account director to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a strong understanding of commercial risks and insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficient in using Acturis or similar insurance software
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to putting clients at the heart of everything you do
