Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in the North West region. As part of our regional mobile team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines, with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repair are delivered, adhering to Atlas competencies.
  • Deliver portfolio PPM and minor works, ensuring accuracy and best value for money.
  • Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to customers and team members.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Report on performance to the Technical Service Manager.
  • Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas works, including those of our service partners.
  • Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
  • Liaise with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA.
  • Build and foster relationships with customers, other Atlas colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet, and all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
  • Take ownership of the standard of work delivered, ensuring exceptional service to customers.
  • Cover all call-out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 in a given trade.
  • Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1).
