About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in the North West. As part of our regional mobile team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of statutory and routine PPMs, as well as reactive maintenance activities, in line with specific contract SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning and refrigeration, with experience in working with asset management systems and delivering high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards and Atlas competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
  • Deliver portfolio PPMs and minor works.
  • Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to customers and team members.
  • Ensure best value for money to clients by ensuring accuracy within the team.
  • Report on performance to the Technical Service Manager.
  • Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas works, including those of our service partners.
  • Liaise with account support, supervisors, managers, and sub-contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLAs.
  • Build and foster relationships with clients, customers, and other Atlas colleagues.
  • Ensure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
About You

We are looking for a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in air conditioning and refrigeration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment and a good understanding of modern office software.

Essential knowledge, skills, and experience for this role include:

  • Good understanding of modern office software.
  • Experience of working with asset management systems such as Maximo/Cafm systems on Android tablets.
  • 3 years' previous experience within a similar environment and in particular across area multi-sites and multi-discipline service delivery.
  • 2 years' experience in customer-facing outsourcing environments.
  • Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
