We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our expanding team as a Clinical Services Manager. This role is based in the United Kingdom, with a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and the OmniPod Insulin Management System to healthcare professionals and patients through group and/or individual sessions or continuing education offerings.
- Manage patient trainings with clinics and conduct patient training based on business needs and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Market Access teams to achieve sales goals.
- Explain the patient pathway for eligibility for Omnipod in covered territories.
- Assist with events such as pump clinics, pump support groups, information sessions, office educational events, patient information nights, vendor days, etc.
- Support target accounts and existing accounts, and record calls in Salesforce.
- Provide regular product demos to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product training for Sales and Clinical hires.
- Offer field feedback to the manager on field-based training of customers and healthcare professionals.
- Perform administrative duties and submit timely reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in training and/or managing pump patients.
- Professional up-to-date credentials and/or certifications, such as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Licensure is mandatory as required.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
