Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to achieve and exceed store targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Service: Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets, provide product knowledge to customers, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store standards, implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand, and take pride in maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Operations: Process and replenish stock, ensure pricing of product is current and correct, and support in stock inventory.
- Customer-focused with a passion for achieving goals.
- Adaptable and flexible work ethic.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Promote the Sports Direct values and culture to internal and external parties.
