About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee High-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing therapy to clients with a range of common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to clients with a range of common mental health problems
  • Develop clinical skills through a thorough induction, shadowing qualified CBT therapists, and CBT therapy groups
  • Participate in monthly training sessions, weekly 1-2-1 supervision, group supervision, and reflective practice
