We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Delivery Director to join our team at Enfield Council.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the annual project portfolio across Enfield Council. This includes a mix of digital services and business-driven projects. The role requires strategic direction, hands-on leadership, establishing good project delivery practices, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership skills, experience in project delivery, and a strong understanding of digital services. A proven track record in managing multiple projects, influencing stakeholders, and transitioning from project delivery to business as usual is essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include up to 32 days' annual leave, public holidays, remote working options, and access to training courses and learning experiences.
