Job Description

This role in the Bence office supports the purchase ledger function of the business. Your responsibilities will include typing up and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices, inputting invoices onto Sage 200, addressing invoicing and supplier queries, reconciling supplier statements, assisting to monitor payments becoming due, and assisting with payment runs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining supplier payments through the cash book and Sage 200, including allocations, and assisting with month-end processes (e.g., work in progress).
