Job OverviewBrian Durham Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Senior Lending Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the life cycle of loans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, professional intermediaries, alternative lenders, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
- Underwrite transactions, present to credit, and manage the due diligence process to completion.
- Proactively monitor loan progress, assess caveats and conditions subsequent, and manage risk.
