Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of adults with autism and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team to develop and implement therapeutic approaches.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • A competitive salary up to £53,200 (pro-rata) DOE plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus.
  • A £2,000 training allowance to support Continued Professional Development.
