About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance health and safety standards.

The primary focus of this role is to support the Compliance Manager in maintaining safe working processes across high-risk areas, grounds, building, and equipment maintenance. You will ensure health and safety standards are met while coordinating repairs, liaising with contractors, sourcing suppliers, and collaborating with department leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Health and Safety Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee knowledge and skills through in-house training.
  • New Starter Inductions and Internal Audits: Conduct comprehensive new starter inductions and internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Facilities Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related queries and provide proactive building maintenance for all UK offices.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule routine maintenance tasks for all UK offices, including boiler, ventilation, and forklift trucks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of company furniture and liaise with purchasing when new furniture or Health & Safety related items are required.
  • Travel and Site Visits: Travel to UK sites as required, using company pool cars, to ensure compliance with company policies.
