Electronics Systems Specialist

Cambridge-based Electronics Engineer role with a strong focus on next-gen optical products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test prototypes of small form factor consumer electronics. Utilize analogue electronics, PCB design, FPGA development, display technologies, and circuit simulation skills. Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality results. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Develop expertise in key areas such as Verilog/VHDL, Python, Matlab, C#, ASP.Net. Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve complex issues. Analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.
Requirements
Masters or Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering. Proven experience with PCB design using Altium. Proficiency in FPGA development, programming languages (Python, Matlab, C#, ASP.Net), and mathematical modelling using LTSpice. Strong understanding of analogue/circuit design architecture and principles. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
