The New Business Administrator role plays a critical part in ensuring that our delivery exceeds customer expectations. Key responsibilities include obtaining finance for customers, verifying contract accuracy, and handling administrative duties from point of sale to the initial installation stage.

This position involves liaising with the installation team to coordinate installation dates, communicating with sales executives regarding order amendments, and ensuring timely completion of paperwork and costings. Additionally, the successful candidate will handle incoming calls from sales consultants and customers, perform general administration duties, including scanning and filing paperwork, and maintain the database by updating entries and comments accurately reflecting the current value and finance status of deals.
