Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Receptionist to join our team at Marriott International. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all guest check-ins and assign rooms
  • Activate or reissue room keys using electronic key machines
  • Count and secure bank at end of shift
  • Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
