Job Title: Night Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service at all times
  • Operate cleaning machinery in accordance with guidelines
  • Work with cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines
  • Attend to guests' needs and requirements, including arrivals and departures
  • Set up conference and banqueting rooms as required
  • Responsible for the security and integrity of property and guests while on duty, adhering to company policy and legislation
  • Regular patrols to check security and safety of property and guests
  • Work as part of a team and constantly evaluate, train, and improve the experience of our guests
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations across departments
  • Ensure all opportunities to generate revenue for the hotel are maximized and there is a strong channel of communication between sales to ensure effective, efficient, and wholly beneficial operations for both staff and guests alike

The Ideal Candidate

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience as a night receptionist or porter
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • The ability to work through the night
  • Good communication skills and a high level of spoken English
  • Exceptional organizational skill
  • Customer service skills
  • To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, and attentive
  • Computer skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexibility
