As a Healthcare Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering product presentations to support the growth of our Advanced Wound Care Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet contact targets and objectives.
  • Providing regular systematic coverage of all relevant customers within target areas.
  • Conducting outward bound calls, emails, and SMS to proactively create an opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaborating with field sales and marketing to understand products and be confident in positioning appropriately.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced telesales/sales account manager with lead to conversion success.
  • Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record with practical experience of overcoming and handling sales objections.
  • Experience meeting targets and KPIs.
  • High personal accountability and integrity.
  • Passion to "make a difference" to health.
  • Able to work effectively with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent customer focus and service skills.
  • Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.
  • Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
