Job Title: Senior Employment Lawyer Head of Complaints Handling Unit

Role Overview:

Kinsella Legal Limited is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our Legal & Business Affairs team as Head of Complaints Handling Unit.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Legal & Business Affairs team, Content Compliance, and HR to handle complaints received by the business about the behaviour and conduct of those who work with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and triaging concerns raised, supporting HR with internal HR investigations as needed
  • Conducting reviews and investigations, instructing external experts when required
  • Reporting to the Management Board as necessary
  • Supporting external complainants and others to ensure concerns are handled efficiently and appropriately
  • Providing recommendations for effective concern resolution, minimising reputational, commercial, and legal risk

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional lawyer with a sound understanding and track record of advising in employment law and litigation within a respected commercial environment or at a first-class law firm.
