About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Ryegate House and Helena Specialist Nursing team. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care to children and young people with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and providing skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate holistic seamless care delivery for all patients

Person Specification
  • Degree or Diploma Level Education as a Registered Nurse (RN Child, RNLD, or RSCN)
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Substantive staffing experience within paediatrics and evidence of competencies achieved
  • Mentoring experience with nursing students and one-to-one teaching of junior staff
