Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Staff Nurse to join our progressive team at Ryegate House and Helena Specialist Nursing team.
The Helena Specialist Nursing team provides continuing care packages to children and young people in the family home or in education settings. Our team is comprised of highly skilled nurses, nurse associates, assistant practitioners, support workers, and administrative staff who strive to provide gold standard personalised care to children and young people within the Sheffield area.
Ryegate House is a six-bedded facility offering short breaks with 24-hour nursing care for children and young people aged 0-19 years with complex neurological health conditions. Our primary purpose is to provide opportunities for children or young people with complex health needs to spend time away from their primary carers.
Your role will involve supporting and developing other staff members, delivering high standards of nursing care, and demonstrating leadership and shift management capabilities. You will also be expected to have an understanding of professional and current issues in children's nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide skilled nursing care to patients, in accordance with responsibilities under the NMC Code of Conduct.
- Work collaboratively within a Multidisciplinary team, internal and external to the organisation, to facilitate holistic seamless care delivery for all Trust Patients.
