About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct testing and validation of electrical components and systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in electromagnetic compatibility engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

We offer:

A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
