We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Event Coordinator to join our marketing team in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our busy and exciting calendar of events, both physical and online, in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain our UK event materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Plan and execute online events, utilizing platforms such as CVENT and ON24.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies with channel partners, driving business growth and engagement.
  • Manage and coordinate physical events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.
  • Oversee the event approval process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and creative team player, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and B2B events.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
