The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This role requires a senior-level professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and innovation funding. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Principals and Practice Leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the Firm's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, and deal execution
  • Lead a high-performing client services team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain entries in the Firm's Prospect Register and/or Microsoft CRM
  • Pursue industry-specific issues related to Innovation Funding with prospects based on information from Firm Principals and Practice Leaders
  • Attend relevant conferences to generate leads of qualified prospects
  • Generate necessary documentation for deal closing (presentations, engagement letters, etc.) for Innovation Funding services
  • Assist with other projects as needed
Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent with six to eight years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Computer Skills:

Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Access, intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, CRM, and Internet navigation and research are necessary.
