Mandeville is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels, from induction to leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions that address these needs.
- Manage and coordinate training events, including venue selection, materials, and delegate communication.
- Provide support to line managers across the business, face-to-face or over the phone, to ensure that employees receive the training they need to perform their roles effectively.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers, to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy, diverse HR or Learning and Development management role, preferably in a retail, leisure, or hospitality background.
- Proven experience in gathering data from various sources to create management reports and models using advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in line with the needs of the business.
- Desirable: Experience gained within a multi-site retail, leisure, or hospitality sector, and a working knowledge of Talent Management processes.
Skills:
