About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our Ecommerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online grocery business.

Key Responsibilities
  • External Account Management
    • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of promotional assets
    • Liaise with external design teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Internal Account Management
    • Communicate daily status updates to the Supplier Content Design Team Lead and relevant business partners
    • Identify and escalate any issues that may impact the success of our promotional campaigns
  • Workload Management
    • Set up and manage processes for each promotional period
    • Anticipate workload and resource requirements, and plan accordingly
    • Produce reports to track efficiency and ensure resources are being used effectively
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all suppliers have up-to-date application guides and templates
    • Verify that all banners are correct and provide feedback to suppliers as needed
  • Design
    • Create internal banners and ensure they meet brand guidelines
    • Optimize media within set guidelines to maximize impact
  • Stream Management
    • Manage the delivery of day-to-day output for your dedicated area
    • Use Insights data to report on the effectiveness of each area post-promo
    • Act as an agent for change in your area, developing and enhancing processes as needed
  • Strategy
    • Think critically about how your plans and actions impact others in the same workstream
    • Collaborate with team members to drive success and identify opportunities for improvement
