Senior Loss Prevention Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce loss and damage across the network.
- Lead investigations into high-profile cases and collaborate with external agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and develop the Loss Prevention Team in Civil Recovery and evidence chains.
- Work closely with the Central Operations Team to identify process improvements and implement changes to reduce losses and damages.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance loss prevention efforts.
- Relevant experience in loss prevention or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Strong understanding of MS Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
