Pharmacy Manager - Private Hospital

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at a private hospital in Banbury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with other clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and the effective management of medicines.
  • Lead on quality improvement projects and audits within the pharmacy department.
  • Provide advice and support to consultants and other clinical staff on the safe and effective use of medicines.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) with no restrictions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Clinical diploma desirable.
