Our Expectations

We are looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker who can make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in Crewe. To succeed in this role, you will require:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration

Recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role, with expertise in safeguarding and complex cases such as hoarding and self-neglect

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals and groups

A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and risk management principles

A competitive hourly rate of £35 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable adults in our community
