SEN Teaching Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our specialist team in Royston, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive learning environment for students aged 6 to 19 with diverse needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English, as well as the ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges. You will be responsible for assisting young people with diverse needs to achieve their educational and personal goals, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes equality, diversity, and respect.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £20,941.95 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, plus a range of benefits including fully funded training and qualifications, life assurance, and enhanced pension scheme.
