**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team as a Therapeutic Practice Consultant. In this role, you will work with schools to develop therapeutic environments and implement Trauma-Informed and Neurodiversity-Affirming practices.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
- Engage in professional development training for all staff
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists to provide comprehensive support
**Requirements:**
- A doctoral or master's degree in Educational Psychology
- Experience working with complex needs populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and family growth support.
