About the School
Our school is a specialist SEMH provision based in Dorking, Surrey. We cater to students aged 9-16 who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our students have EHCPs, which outline their specific needs and requirements.
What We Offer
As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and support through our Training School. This will enable you to develop your skills and progress in your career. We welcome both experienced practitioners and recent graduates looking to start their career in special needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide behaviour support and supervision to students during the school day.
- Support students' learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure students receive a holistic education.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
