Job Title: Actuarial/Accounting Manager – FTC

Salary: £68,202 - £75,780

Location: Bristol

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our Bristol Harbourside office

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial/Accounting Manager to join our Insurance Division for a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating, understanding, and documenting the current controls environment in respect of our reporting of WP business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing engagement and building a great working relationship with stakeholders to build new processes for further validation, providing further insight, and cleardown of legacy items;
  • Testing and implementation activities to ensure outputs meet expectations;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified finance professional (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with a track record of personal growth and achievement;
  • Life insurance reporting experience;
  • Good familiarity of actuarial concepts and processes;
  • Ideally Oracle Fusion, SAP or other general ledger experience.
