Bruin is a leading independent consulting firm that prides itself on its supportive and team-oriented work environment. We are seeking a nearly or recently qualified actuary with at least 4 years of experience in a comparable role to join our team.
Job Summary
The Actuarial Consultant will be a key individual within our team, with the aim to progress into a Client Account Manager for a number of corporate clients. We foster a strong meritocratic culture where career progression is prioritised from day one.
Responsibilities
- Actuarial valuation calculations
- Collaborating with the corporate team on various projects
- Providing general consultancy by addressing client and third-party queries with technical advice
- Managing client relationships by overseeing work allocation
- Working directly with senior client team members
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of UK DB pension schemes and relevant technical actuarial methods
