Actuarial Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality actuarial consulting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Actuarial Valuations and Special Projects: Supervise phases of actuarial valuations and special projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Client Engagement: Prepare materials for and attend client meetings, presenting to clients and prospects to build strong relationships.
- Service Implementation: Manage the implementation of new services, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and review project assignments to ensure timely and accurate work, meeting client expectations.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the development and presentation of proposals for consulting services, highlighting value-added solutions.
- Client Relationship Growth: Seek to grow client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Consult with other lines of business regarding projects and/or expanded client relations, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Team Leadership: Responsible for organizing, delegating, and supervising the work of junior-level staff, ensuring their growth and development.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of types of benefits products available in the marketplace, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Professional Development: Pursue actuarial credentials through continual professional development, enhancing skills and expertise.
