About the Role
Balmoral Health and Social Care is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker. This is a rewarding role that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals and families in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support service users to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
